第二阶段
需知
当应聘官需要你详细回答一些事情时,你应知道第二部分已经开始了。一般题目会是关于你的兴趣,你的工作和你的学业。你或许会被问及一件事的过程,一件物件怎么样运作或一项游戏的规则等等。想在第二阶段有好的表现,你应该能做到以下几个方面:
1)不需应聘官太多提示而流利地讲出个人见解;
2)能流利讲解,描述或说明一件事情的发生;
3)表现出你想讨论这个题目,即使你对它不熟知,你也可围绕着这个题目发挥。
应做和不应做的事
应做的事
1)开始回答时,先表示自己对题目的怎么看;
2)你起码要想到至少两个值得讨论的要素;
3)在正式开始解说前,先说明你会提到的要素;
4)对不认识的题目,你可尝试猜测。用maybe,perhaps等字会比什么也不说好。
不应做的事
1)别说你不懂这个题目或你从来未想过这类事情;
2)当你听不知道问题时,不需要担忧,你可需要应聘官重覆一次;
3)不要离题。不然应聘官会以为你听不知道题目;
4)不要等应聘官问问题,要表现出你有能力讨论题目而不需任何提示帮助。
