第二阶段
需知
当应聘官需要你详细回答一些事情时，你应知道第二部分已经开始了。一般题目会是关于你的兴趣，你的工作和你的学业。你或许会被问及一件事的过程，一件物件怎么样运作或一项游戏的规则等等。想在第二阶段有好的表现，你应该能做到以下几个方面：
1）不需应聘官太多提示而流利地讲出个人见解；
2）能流利讲解，描述或说明一件事情的发生；
3）表现出你想讨论这个题目，即使你对它不熟知，你也可围绕着这个题目发挥。
应做和不应做的事
应做的事
1）开始回答时，先表示自己对题目的怎么看；
2）你起码要想到至少两个值得讨论的要素；
3）在正式开始解说前，先说明你会提到的要素；
4）对不认识的题目，你可尝试猜测。用maybe,perhaps等字会比什么也不说好。
不应做的事
1）别说你不懂这个题目或你从来未想过这类事情；
2）当你听不知道问题时，不需要担忧，你可需要应聘官重覆一次；
3）不要离题。不然应聘官会以为你听不知道题目；
4）不要等应聘官问问题，要表现出你有能力讨论题目而不需任何提示帮助。
